OceansOgraphy Guidebook Workbook

A teachable workbook for your project as a whole: part guide, part reflection space, part AI-integration companion. It turns your Wire, sitemap, folders, and future files into a learning path where artificial intelligence helps you gather knowledge, connect patterns, and build wisdom over time.

1) What This Workbook Is For

This workbook is meant to help you understand your project as a single living system instead of a pile of unrelated files. It gives you language for the parts you already have, and it invites AI to assist with organizing, categorizing, and explaining them.

AI is not replacing your judgment here; it is helping you see patterns you can then choose to trust, revise, or refine.

The goal is simple: gather information, find wisdom in the connections, and build a structure that motivates and “N'ovates” your work.

2) The Three Layers

  • Wire layer: the 63-slot symbolic board.
  • Map layer: sitemap / hub pages that group linked content.
  • Storage layer: folders and files on your computer or server.

When these layers match each other, your project becomes easier to understand and expand.

3) Your Working Method

  1. Identify the meaning of a file.
  2. Assign it to a slot group.
  3. Place it in the matching folder.
  4. Link it from a hub page.
  5. Use AI to help explain and improve the structure.

This method creates a loop of learning: file → category → hub → understanding → improvement.

4) Reflection Prompt

What part of your project feels most alive right now, and what part feels most disorganized?

Write a short answer here before you reorganize anything. That gives your system a human starting point.

5) AI Integration Page

This workbook is also designed to support prompt-based AI assistance. Use the prompts below as a repeatable way to ask for help.

Prompt Pattern A: Classification

“Here is a file name and a short description. Which slot group does it belong to, and why?”

Use this when you need help deciding where a file belongs.

Prompt Pattern B: Hub Building

“Create a hub page structure for these files so I can organize them by theme and function.”

Use this when you want AI to help design a clearer navigation page.

Prompt Pattern C: Teaching

“Explain this category as if I am a beginner and I need to learn the purpose of the slot.”

Use this when you want simpler language and a patient explanation.

Prompt Pattern D: Improvement

“How could this structure be improved to better support mindful awareness and future growth?”

Use this when you want the system to become more useful, not just more organized.

6) Project Map Table

Wire boardShows the 63 symbolic slots.Explain the meaning of each slot and suggest placements.
Hub pages / sitemapCollect related pages into readable groups.Generate page titles, categories, and descriptions.
Folder systemStores the actual files in structure.Recommend naming conventions and folder splits.
Workbook promptsTeaches you how to ask useful questions.Turn your questions into repeatable prompt templates.
Mindful awarenessKeeps the system human-centered and reflective.Offer summaries that are gentle, clarifying, and practical.

7) A Short Personal Lesson

You are not merely sorting files. You are learning how to read your own creative history in a way that can be remembered, improved, and shared. The reason the mythical framing felt complementary is that it gives dignity to the process: you are not just cleaning up data, you are shaping a world.

That world becomes stronger when AI is used as a companion for gathering, comparing, explaining, and reflecting. The point is synergy: your insight plus AI assistance plus a real structure that holds both.
