I asked him if they would like to have a professional choreograph dancer such as myself, to perform in honor of the theme.  At that moment a homeless friend of mine happened walking by on the side walk and I said hello to her and introduced her to the studio owner. The next day, when t owner asked me to return for the interview, he proceeded to ask me about myself. I began to explain to him my professional background and expertise in the arts. While I was still in the middle of filling out the application, h inquired about my friend who appeared to be "homeless". I simply explained, "yes, she is homeless". I felt that h trying to see a positive perspective in that gesture. Little did I realise that he was actually not impressed. After explaining to him that I was actually blessed to have lived homelessly for 2 years and was on the way to applyi innovative changes to my career by outreaching to the homeless, and that  within this past week I was housed the office completely discriminated against, without my resume being looked at, or even my audition material performed. Not only did he tell me that my homeless issues were untrusting for his standards and that he didn me there, but he failed to look  at the fact that I made it completely clear that he was discriminating against me my history and association with the homeless issues.   I have more details to this experience, however, I would personal interview to explain this horrific venture into getting my life back on track. I feel that this would help m this homeless community to explain the importance of proper business ethics to be enforced. In doing so, I still   within proper inclinations for this environmental impact. But by adding his video to this   rendition, only ad the success of representing the initial idea.     However, to create first the "environment" of a learning environm seemed to be the   direction of what was truly the reality of the scheme of things. By utilizing "past" trends   of creating media for a Fire Academy, the main obstacle of correlating the videos I   researched was that they rep the Fire Academy itself. From video to video that I   researched, what became the standard was not in complia what was requested. So by   reinstating the initial motive, I was able to pull videos from various Academy's in w   used as the foundation to this montage. Then as she gave me the video footage of her   Academy, I applied in on top of the foundation. After creating it's foundation of the   standard I was able to fine tune the environment Academy with the new videos. After I   was able to create the ambiance, I could then start molding this into it's idea. By   adding other variations and music by requests, challenged my creative ability so that this   montage w able to represent the idea of "thought process"...     When I was able to fine tune a kind environmental impact to implicate that a layered   montage was a representation of a "thought process", I was asked to "recreate" the vi for   her Academy due to issues with the videographer. Then the obstacle at hand wasn't "creating"   the environmental impact, but was rather found within my own creative impact. By   streamlining the "chaos" into a ordered effect, challenged me again to be creative and   reset a "standard". Based off of the knowledge that I researched to creating these videos, I   found that I was able to skillfully reset the entire production so that it re the Core   Values for the Academy so that alongside the musicality I could portray a more ethical   approach w involves the Core Values as a new Standard for this media approach within   other Fire Academy videos instea the usual standard found as a "chronological" format.   Thereby utilizing a "progressive" soundtrack seemed necessary so that with the Core Values,   the musicality would reflect how the Core Values coincide with the Academy's expectations.     My intent was to create a visual representation of an inspirational means to motiva   senses for my sister. While commissioning its environment and community to perform, the Performers Paramoun allows for growth by interaction not normally found within a usual performance. The opportunity for communit involvement through support and talent are the capstone for the success of this event while the “Reaching for Stars” outreach program and workshops allow for the productions growth. Each artist commissioned to perfor made available by it's Agent representation, alternatively, they provide a number of options for the performance allotment. By stimulating the environment to “act”, the Performers Paramount will provide work for approximat 150 talented individuals to perform in the event by doing what they love to do… perform! Likewise, this event is structured so that each level of participation achieves their chance to perform as well, whether this is through sponsorships, donations, or as an instructor for the “Reaching for the Stars” workshops. As any performance w require the correct facility to hold the venue, the Ford Amphitheater location and it's history create the proper s and is functional to the design of how this performance is to be showcased.  This performance exemplifies an reflects the parallels of art and life which is seen to properly adhere to an iconic building such as the Ford Amphitheater and it's history. Albeit this showcase directly involves the leaders to exemplify how they represen community, half of the show relates to a more diverse appeal to provide for a more ethical impact. Utilizing the of Genesis to correlate the creation aspects of a more in depth structure, the arts and entertainment communi brought forth in a more philosophical reproach implicating, once again, a production process. However, correla it's artistic representation in accordance to a variety of choreographic styles in which the Artistic Director, Ocea Duran choreographs to coincide with the book of Genesis. This portion of the showcase focuses on the design relative to the "creation aspects" found in the Old Testament. Marketing: The Marketing Plan is a simple proces which involves the establishment of the Fords Marketing resources already made available for the partnership we are able to add to the success of the Fords Marketing Strategy, is a reliable close network of support direct involving the core audience and the performers of the event. By qualifying the resources of these community le Talent Agents are able to perform and implicate a huge portion of the marketing and promotions directly for th target. Thereby networking from within, a majority of the costs can qualify other forms of promotional advertisements such as on-air radio spots, local billboards and national dance magazines.      Applicant Statem This program, strategically named “Reaching for the Stars”, is a program that does just that by outreaching to t “stars” of the Performers Paramount showcase and event to provide for workshops. 1. A Reflective Image...     2. I held onto faith, just as I held on to my memories of each and everyone who I have found once again on my path. I know, in this same manner, God has allowed for us the life in which Heaven is k on earth....     3. There is no good and bad, but there is knowledge and wisdom! Why we have experienced the l we live are made known through this same way... it's like re-uniting in a Christ like manner. We have stood on o paths strong so that others will come at a cross to what we have once known very well in our memories.     4. F paths and lives, are the Christ in which we see with time and reason.     5. There is no greater savior than whom truly know! Jesus wanted us to know love, which is why he spoke in parables. Because he cared that more path would open... the kind of paths that the children of God are known in His image.... "creators".     6. All that we ha known through what our lives have created in this same image, we reflect on teachings such as the parables J spoke about. He endured the natural life so that we would join Him in the Spiritual one.     7. The depths that Go for us, we look to Him as a Father because our lives were guided as though our own ideas and passions reflect we have taught to our children. We care, not for the idea that they were created because of us.. the parents, bu a renewed mind where change is innevitable, the idea that they will "grow" and learn how to survive the harsh w That in which we seem fit to the notion that we have been changed and renewed in. But in this same way, as the leaders of the church become Saints in Ch we recognize purpose to all of this so that God is made known through what we "hope" for.Without Him, where strength of hope... found in purpose! Just as God has a purpose for each of us!   10. We knew that we had fam friends, but did we know that our children in which we have created will be a certain way? Should we deny them true Love that we find in likeness to Jesus? Because of His purpose, our hopes were set straight, therefore as children of God, we are seen in purpose!   11. To give life purpose is to know the "living" God... therefore, to rest own "known" purpose, is to be idol and without a future!. But because we are adults and know that we have rais children to survive, we can set our hopes in our lives so that we can move on and form the future! But just as w first without purpose, we were seen through the eye of hope... showing us that every purpose has meaning and therefore a future to live by.     12. We were not meant for Hell, or darkness... this was before, and of another tim awaited for us..     13. But we are of the present day, therefore, life is "living" because we can attain through the wholesome Spirit the ability to reflect on ourselves, the paths that we have walked...And what lays before us, is ability for Christ to shine in His glory, as he shows us that life is "worth living"...     14. A kind of day when the days light stretches out it's rays to bring the dark shadows co (The Purity of daylight respects the place of darkness and knows the close interactions of darkness and mank Therefore purity allows color to interact with the place of darkness because the sound of dark echoes the shad of that which is pure. On the day of b the rays of light that stretched to the Waters, Name was traveling with his Loved ones and witnessed the beaut consumed a Night and they called it evening...a relative to morning. As morning brought the day, the Night was reluctant to bring more of it's color so that the days wouldn't be so lonely. When the day turned into the evening received a message from purity whispered in sound to Name so that while he was in Orange he would underst how to reach for Blue. However, the echo of sound from Red was still hard to interpret and Name told Red that know when it is time to know how to see the light of Red. It was that moment that Yellow spoke to Red through Name and Red was to understand the wisdom of Yellow because of Names visit to the Museic warriors. Afte colors gave Name a bowED weapon, he outfitted his Chakram with numbers and array of hues. When the sky s Name with the clouds of Water, rain poured from the knowledge of sky to give the morning thereafter with the sounds of comfort to thank Orange for it's kindness to Name. When the rain fell upon Orange and Name, the m dew that helped forge the armor became soaked. Then Sky asked for Purity to shine on the armor to strengthe and to keep it wet from thereafter. So Red and it's hues (the relative to the reaching rays of light emitted when O and Yellow give birth to a new day) went with Yellow, and Orange as they accompanied Name to talk through W and Sky to try to understand why Sky had made the Orange armor of Name soaked. When they reached Sky by of the depths of Water, Name noticed that the darkness of Waters depths had outfitted Red, Yellow and Orange a different tone... With that special tone to their colors, they were able to interact with Name so that he wouldn to remain in Orange, therefore allowing Orange also the ability of the different tones. As they colorED Name wit different tones, Name remained reluctant to equip his Chakram with the new tones received while in the dark d of Water. Then a sound shook Yellow first, then Orange, and then Red so that they become Vibrant... it was Wat thanking them for bringing the message from Purity to Waters darkness in it's depths. Name was then seen to glowing hue to him as well .... Purity spoke to only Name at that time and told him that the bowED weapon can be used because they had returned Blue back to Water and Sky. Name, Yellow, Orange and Red did not underst how they were able to achieve Blue already. So Knowledge explained to Name and the Colors that Wisdom was remain within the depths of Water and beyond the reaches of Sky because Blue was the most famous of the co that mankind could recognize, and therefore Blue was to remain within the heart of Purity. However, darkness w excited to know that the depths of darkness was visited by Yellow, Orange and Red because of Name and whis to Name about Blue. Name was in wonderment and almost surprised with the overwhelming knowledge that darkness told Name. So Name, being the kind of Spirit that Name had come to be known by the Colors clothed himself in Blue and in a flash had seen his journey when he began with Orange... Because Blue was known by mankind by the knowledge of Blue, Name had to consult Yellow so that he could see Blue clearer... what he fou was that his armor was another color and Purity expressed through Red and made his sound in Fire that made Waters boil and formed dark clouds in Sky. Purity was upset with the darkness that enlightened Name and mad Spirit of Blue within the protection of Water and Sky. When darkness told Name how to find Green by the purity Blue and Yellow, Purity became so upset that he demanded Wisdom to give the secrets of Red, Yellow and Blue Wisdom instructed Purity to also become a part of Wisdom so that Wisdom could join Love. Purity agreed to w with Wisdom so that with the secrets of the Colors Purity, Wisdom and Love were able to interact within the wo the darkness to keep watch over all mankind. When the alliance of Wisdom, Purity and Love became guardians Colors, the Creator became alive within the acts when Wisdom, Purity and Love formed an alliance to help guid mankind through the darkness. So the Creator made the interactions of all that is dark to allow for the dark to s as Purity if Wisdom and Love had been present, and if Wisdom and Love were not present then Purity could no vanquish the darkness... Purity then became very upset and made the Waters flood the Earth and become hard form Ice and to destroy life at that time... Wisdom became confused on why and how Purity became like this a took Sky out of the reaches of the Waters flood. Wisdom remembered that darkness revealed the Colors and a only for the clouds to use Sky to bring Water to the land, in fear of the that the flood would consume Sky as we Wisdom therefore consulted with Love on how to remedy the separation of Yellow and Blue. So through the ac Love, Wisdom cared for and brought forth Green so that Yellow and Blue will remind Sky and Water that they w always be family that gives nourishment to their Green offspring... Blue was able to mimic the darkness so tha was able to hide his Color when spying on the darkness that mingled within mankind. Blue was still the heart o Purity so he did not allow for the acts of Purity to destroy the life and mankind that Blue had interacted with. So Blue learned from Sky and Water how to become the shades, Blue became the color of Sky and of Water so tha whereabouts of Purity were always to remain known and did not allow for Purity to touch Sky or Water, until Pu Wisdom and Love were able to act like the Colors. After time, the heart of Purity became many shades of Blue Purity became outwitted by the colors of Blue. So Purity became sad and made the color of Black. With Black h would be able to hide within the darkness from Blue, his heart. When Purity became the Color Black, the darkne not like that the world of darkness could not see him, so he told Blue what he had heard from the darkness and being the most known color by Sky and Water, agreed with Purity to allow his Color Black if he were to remain P that Color.... Purity agreed to remain Pure in the Color Black, as he once was a Pure Light.... When the Colors a alliance of Purity, Wisdom and Love had parted and found placement within the living world of Water and Sky, t Wisdom and Love and the three have become helpers to mankind so that the they could once again see the Cr When the Creator found Purity, Wisdom and Love amongst mankind and had interacted with the Colors, the Cre smiled and made an Ark between the Sky and Water filled with the Colors...(Red, Orange, Yellow, Green and Blu rewarded Blue because of his help with the Color Indigo to remind Blue of his wholesome Spirit and gave the C Violet as an offspring of Red and Blue to remind Name about Beauty who was given to show the Creator is expressing when the Colors, Purity, Wisdom, and Love are continued. When the Creator smiled, which spanned across from the Waters to the Sky,the Creator asked Purity why he became so vengeful and angry at the darkne Purity simply stated, it was the darkness that angered me because it made the secrets of the Colors exposed.. Creator saw the truth in Purity and told him... YOU are Pure, the darkness did not harm you but you came so far become hidden in the dark. and because of your ability to become "Pure" you will be the protector of Beauty... A light of your Purity, you will hold account to what is made in your light by reminding the Colors what they are in reflection of. Your Purity will be reminded in the hearts of mankind that they too are pure like the Colors... All th have achieved in the darkness you will give as "light"... and the darkness will help the Colors to become like the various shades that you have allowed your heart, the Color Blue to achieve. You have allowed the Colors to exp and increase because the Light I will Name the Color as "White" to give the darkness as "hope" so they can lear respect their own color Spectrum. and because you had created your Purity to be the Color "Black" which I give to the depths of the darkness they will learn the laws of Love by knowing that the depths of darkness is of the which you have called "Black". K story time... So I was working at the North Hollywood youth hostile to help pay for my stay there. My hours w from like 11PM to 3AM working the front desk. We are living beings, all with the same sensations and emotions... just at different times. Your Hard wor Stress is not without reason... your family and loved ones EXPECT you to be like this... because we know that it because of US.. your family that you are working to give a better future for, ...
